Returns and Exchanges

At Sahar Modesty, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or fitting issues.

Exceptional Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be considered solely at the discretion of Sahar Modesty under exceptional circumstances, provided the following conditions are strictly met:

  • The return process must be initiated by notifying us within 24 hours of receiving the garment.

  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the return request.

  • All return shipping arrangements and associated costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note: Approval of returns or exchanges is at the absolute discretion of Sahar Modesty.

Faulty or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or defective, Sahar Modesty will fully comply with the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately with details and supporting photos.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all garment details, sizing, and specifications prior to completing their purchase. Sahar Modesty does not accept responsibility for errors made at checkout or in product selection.

To ensure the best experience, we kindly encourage all customers to place their orders well ahead of their event date. Please note that Sahar Modesty will not be responsible for any delays or issues with rushed or last-minute orders.
