Shipping Carrier
All Australian and New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours once payment has been received.

• Standard Shipping: FREE (Estimated delivery 5–7 business days)

• Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout (Estimated delivery 1–4 business days)
  Please note delivery times may be longer for WA and NT.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE)

Shipping Costs
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your parcel.

Standard international shipments are shipped with Australia Post (9-21 business days). Express international shipments are shipped DHL Express (4 - 6 business days). Shipping rates and additional information can be viewed at checkout.

Shipping times are considered estimates and are subject to delays that may be out of our control.  Orders placed before 12PM AEST will be shipped within 48 hours. Shipping estimates do not include processing times.
Please note that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on Victorian public holidays. 

Duties & Taxes

Australian customers will not face any duties or taxes on their shipments upon arrival.

Prices shown do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged by your country’s customs agency. These are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering.
